Bio: Dr. Faroughi is an Assistant Professor at Texas State University. His research interests mainly focus on Energy and Environment dual challenge. Dr. Faroughi’s PhD dissertation investigates the effect of microstructures on the rheological, mechanical and thermal behaviors of particulate matters (e.g., soils, fluids, rocks and composites). Dr. Faroughi is also an active entrepreneur in the area of AI and software development. He founded & licensed TubeIn Fluids. He is now developing AssetScope — a SaaS platform for fiber-integrated smart assets.
